Need a sheet explaining tv functionality and details of what trams get you where. Just a nice to have. also something with local food options, order in, nearby restaurants etc

Positive: Zentrale Lage der Wohnung. Parkmöglichkeit. Negative: Möbel sind etwas abgewohnt. Insbesondere Esstisch.

We met with family to experience the Melbourne Cup and had a great time Positive: Central location, the unit was well presented Negative: The many ‘uber eats’ vehicles parked at the front entrance on the footpath making it difficult to get safely out of a car. Had to walk in the gutter past 4 or 5 uber bikes (either way) to get on the footpath to then walk past them to then enter the building.
