Convenient, quiet and cozy apartment right in the heart of CBD, has everything you need. Positive: Location was great. The apartment is very quiet. The apartment faces the interior courtyard and not the street which has trams running up and down. The host provided some snacks, water, tea and coffee. The roof had a nice view. I liked that the place was right by AC/DC Lane so I could check out the street art. I didn't use the gym, but I liked how there was a gym. Free parking was a huge bonus! Negative: There was a bit of confusion when I arrived as to how to get into the apartment. The cleaners were still in the apartment and the keys were not where they were supposed to be. I waited a hour to get in standing on the street. Also the apartment is very dark. I need windows and natural light to wake up and I had a hard time waking up in the morning.

A clean, comfortable apartment in an excellent location, with a large window but no actual balcony. Positive: We had a very good stay in this Melbourne apartment overall. The place is spacious, clean, and well maintained, and the location is excellent—convenient access to public transport and close to many areas of the city. That said, the listing mentioned a balcony, but in practice there is none. There is a large, pleasant window facing the inner courtyard, though it is not a balcony. Aside from this issue, the apartment is well equipped with a practical kitchen, a comfortable bed, and everything worked well during our stay. The hosts were responsive and communication was smooth. Negative: A great apartment in many respects. It may be helpful to update the listing to clarify that the apartment does not include a balcony.
